In order to lease a property you must:

• Have a credit and eviction report pulled.
• Must be a legal citizen or have a valid visa.
• Have the security deposit in full - no exceptions.
• Have first months rent on date of move in - no exceptions.
• Have good renters history.
• Have completed an application.
• Have a pet agreement filled out before having a pet - no pit bulls or rottweilers.
• Have a full time job.
• Make at least two times the monthly rent.
• Have past two months pay stubs.
